We developed a social media campaign to expedite sales, focusing on the visual approach of the piece and creating a refined and ambitious cinematic language aligned with the residential identity of the project. Our role centered on capturing architectural and lifestyle values in an elegant audiovisual piece, paying particular attention to atmosphere, pacing, framing, and high-quality visual consistency. AI tools were integrated into the creative workflow to support image development, visual refinement, and the overall cinematic execution of the piece. The goal was to present the development not just as a real estate offering, but as a desirable lifestyle.
